    - Vitamin B6        <3 mg
    - Vitamin B12       <3 mcg
    - Magnesium         300 mg
    - Calcium           800 mg
    - Zinc              5-10 mg
    - Iron              18 mg
    - Folate            400 mcg

30 min before sleep:
* Melatonin              3 mg
* Magnesium Citrate    500 mg
