Bare minimum technical features of SaaS billing:

  1. Account creation with password reset.
  2. (Start a trial period with payment provider.)
  3. Record the address where the user resides for tax purposes.
  4. Sync the user address with your payment provider when it changes
  5. (Allow editing seat license lists and sync that with your payment provider.)
  6. Display the list of invoices.
  7. Allow getting a PDF of a single invoice.
